About Wendy Stone

My counseling practice focuses on ADHD adults and couples therapy. I am a LPC and LMFT practicing for last 12 years in Austin, TX. I know the personal journey of being diagnosed as an adult with ADHD and also have two young children, one of which also has ADHD. I live and understand the unique challenges, and this has become my therapy specialization in my work. I have an empathetic and solution - driven approach, and enjoy using creativity to craft the life and relationships you want. I use practical tools to find life hacks, and habits that help provide the external structure needed. I find CBT and DBT very useful as tools to understand and regulate emotional intensity.
